I hope as many group leaders as possible will join me (in our garden, I hope! but in the house if the
weather doesn’t behave itself) for an informal get together on either Tuesday 9th September or
Thursday 11th September at 10:30am.
Those of you who have attended before know that these are informal get-togethers when we can
discuss any problems which have arisen (and solve them, hopefully!) and generally just exchange ideas. It’s also an
opportunity to say ‘thank-you’ to group leaders because as I have said before – without group leaders we have no U3A.
Also, please consider looking at the website because this is where prospective new members are now looking first when
they consider joining us, therefore it’s important that information about your group stands out in order to attract their
