Pembrokeshire U3A Poetry Group

We are a small friendly group who meet monthly to look at the life and works of a poet chosen by one of the group by rotation. Meetings are held at he home of the member whose turn it is to present and there are always tea / coffee & importantly biscuits!

The hosting member provides a brief biography of the featured poet together with a selection of poems, which are read in turn by those attending.  There is often discussion on interpretation and general appreciation (or otherwise) of the works studied.  This is not an academic exercise but an amicable light hearted exchange of views.
