Book group and more
A fresh and imaginative reading group is launching at Pembrokeshire U3A, offering a different angle on the traditional book‑club format. Meeting on the last Tuesday of each month, beginning 29 September 2026, members will gather from 1.00pm to around 3.00pm for relaxed discussion, shared ideas, and a touch of the unexpected.
The group will be led by Lesley Davies, who will host the sessions in her home.
To keep conversations lively and comfortable, membership is limited to six people, with five spaces currently available.
This isn’t just a reading group — it’s a chance to explore books in a new way. The first title will be revealed to members once they join, adding a little mystery to the experience. The Pembrokeshire u3a was started in 1991 and is part of the national Organisation u3a.
We meet every First Thursday of the month at 10 a.m. at the Tiers Cross School Room, SA62 3DA and currently have over 450 members.
Pembrokeshire u3a group is part of a wider UK network of independent, locally-run organisations dedicated to lifelong learning.
